Revocation of election to pay income tax

Revocation of Election is the action needed to legally remove yourself (to revoke) the elective action you unknowingly (or knowingly) took to voluntarily join the federal income taxation program. This document will explains the revocation of election to pay income tax. This is a very confusing subject because of all the misinformation that is given to us. There is a lot that goes into the process but we want to break things down so they can be easily understood by anyone.

Jurisdictions
The ROE process is all based on jurisdictions. Let’s identify those jurisdictions and then I will explain how they apply. The continental United States as we know it, the 50 states that we live in, most of us understand to be the United States. Actually it is the United States of America. The United States of America is comprised of the 50 states of the Union and being part of the United States of America you are actually classified as a State Citizen/American National. It is your right to revocation of election to pay income tax. This being said the District of Columbia (Washington D.C.) is NOT part of the United States of America, nor are the territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc. These territories are not part of the Union of the 50 United States of America, this is what is known as the United States.
