How Do I Stop Paying Federal Income Taxes?
A: Once you submit the correct documentation and your ROE is complete the IRS must legally remove you from the federal income tax system and return you to your state citizen/National status which is non-taxable with rare exception.
Does The Roe Process Affect My Social Security Number?
A: No. You will maintain your social security number as it is used for many other purposes (i.e. personal credit, mortgage loans, etc.) The ROE process has nothing to do with your social security number.
Does This Process Affect My Car Registration?
A: No. This process has nothing to do with your car tags or the registration.
You will still pay your car registration as it becomes due each year. Sometimes people elect to stop registering the automobile, but that is optional and not recommended unless you are willing to do much study and practice as this is difficult to master.
Does The Process Affect My Driver License?
A: The process does not affect your personal credit, driver license, social security number, passport, or the ability to secure one. The ROE process only relates to IRS and income taxation. Some people who do ROE elect to seek a status correction, a state citizen/national passport or additional freedom seeking activities, however, this is not required.
Does The Process Affect My Personal Credit Or Score?
A: No. The ROE process has nothing to do with your credit report or scores. Certain lenders will accept bank statements for loan approvals in lieu of tax returns. We can provide guidance on how to find such a lender.
