Common Questions

HOW DO I STOP PAYING FEDERAL INCOME TAXES?

Once you submit the correct documentation and your ROE is complete the IRS must legally remove you from the federal income tax system, and return you to your American National status.

DOES THE ROE PROCESS AFFECT MY SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER?

No. You will maintain your social security number as it is used for many other purposes (i.e. personal credit, mortgage loans, etc.) The ROE process has nothing to do with your social security number.

DOES THIS PROCESS AFFECT MY CAR REGISTRATION?

No. This process has nothing to do with your car tags or the registration.
You will still pay your car registration as it becomes due each year.

DOES THE PROCESS AFFECT MY DRIVER LICENSE?

The process does not affect your personal credit, driver license, social security number, passport, or the ability to secure one. The ROE process  only relates to taxes.

HOW LONG DOES THE PROCESS TAKE?

In general, our documentation preparation only takes a week or two. Once documents are filed, the IRS has 60 days to dispute your ROE. Time frames may vary depending on the individual situation.

Does the process affect my personal credit or Score?

No. The ROE process has nothing to do with your credit report or scores. Most lenders will accept bank statements for loan approvals.

Passport & Social Security

The ROE process does not affect your credit, driver license, social security number, or passport. It also does not stop you from obtaining one.
